How to Measure

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20cm below your waist.

Our hoodies are designed with an oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that it was received — unworn. Items that do not meet this criteria will be returned back at the customer's expense.

How do i track my order?

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Can i change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly so changes and cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us at support@lamirastudio.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect - What do I do?

We sincerely apologise for this. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@lamirastudio.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

How long does delivery take?

Europe: 5–10 business days

USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

How do i return an item?
